Do I have to pay up front?

No, you’ll never pay for something you haven’t seen. Your video is presented to you fully finished — and only after you’ve watched it and you’re happy with what you see does payment come into the picture.

What does the process look like?

First thing is clarification via email. Then on filming day, your property is captured as it naturally is — no staging needed, no disruption to your guests or staff. From there, your footage is meticulously edited, color graded, and refined. Finally, you’ll receive the finished video.

How long does it take?

Your filming is completed in a single visit, typically within a few hours or throughout the day on a 24-hour stay. Depending on the size of your property, it may take a two-night stay or longer. From there, your finished video is delivered within two to three weeks. Many are completed sooner.

What do I need to prepare?

You don’t need to prepare anything. Your property is filmed as it is — no staging, no setup, no disruption to your day. The only thing that helps is giving your front desk a heads up that filming will be happening.

Can I use the video however I want?

You’re free to use your video anywhere — your website, social media, email campaigns, ads, lobby screens, travel platforms. There are no licensing restrictions or recurring fees.
